Data processed
We may process technical navigation data, such as IP address, user agent, date and time of the request, visited page and security logs. If you use the form or write to us, we also process name, company, email address, message content and confirmation that you have read the privacy notice. With your consent, we may process website usage data, interaction events, visited pages, browser technical data and information collected through heatmaps or pseudonymized session recordings to understand how to improve content, navigation and the contact form.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to operate the website, maintain service security and continuity, answer commercial or technical requests, manage any pre-contractual steps and improve the website experience. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest in website security and request management and, for analytics, tag manager, heatmaps and non-essential measurement, user consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Contact form
The form opens the visitor email client and prepares a message addressed to B.&C. Stampi. The consent requested in the form confirms that you have read the notice and want to be contacted. It does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotional communications.
